About NewEnergyIndia.org
NewEnergyIndia.org is an initiative by a small group of renewable
energy (RE) enthusiasts who aspire to create a repository of
knowledge, expertise and opinion on RE in India. It has been our
attempt to provide latest and comprehensive information to build
awareness on all aspects of the RE sector.
Our mission is to create a vibrant Web community that uses and
exchanges renewable energy information and opinion. You can be a
part of this important initiative by becoming a member or simply
sending in your ideas, suggestions, questions and opinions.
The site is managed by
Sunil Puri, a technology consultant with a decade long experience
in renewable energy and technology financing, research, and
consulting. An alumnus of
IIT Delhi’s Center for Energy Studies,
Sunil is currently on a study sabbatical at
IIM Ahmedabad. He
coordinates editorial and research operations.

India is a not-for-profit initiative. It has no commercial
objectives, and does not aim to endorse any product or sell any
service.
